Book summary

Axel, a twelve-year-old boy, is very unlucky. Not only is he a victim of intimidation at school, but at home as well. His torturers are his step mother’s sons, two unscrupulous football players who take advantage of Axel’s very small size to make his life miserable. One night, Axel has a strange dream. But he takes this dream very seriously and the next week, he leaves for Okinawa, Japan. An unusual martial arts teacher, who only takes one pupil at a time, trains him. Many months later, Axel returns to Quebec for the wedding of his father and his step mother. But his torturers have prepared a nasty welcome party for him. They are the ones however who should watch their backs!

Book Excerpt
