during their holidays in Hong-Kong, Mathis and Lea meet Jing the young son of their father's friend, Than Cho. They have just arrived and strange events are taking place at the museum where Than Cho is the director. First, the person in charge of the precious stones is kidnapped and then, a thief steals the largest ruby in the world. But this is not all, someone is following the three friends.

They decide to conduct their own investigation to discover how all these events are interrelated. Will they be able to count on the help of Tzin Tao, the keeper of the Chinese dragon?
